We would like to formally announce our first business certificate recipient of 2015 which was awarded to Arnold’s Flower & Gifts of Benson, Arizona. Arnold’s was awarded the Community Excellence & Business Leadership Certificate on 17 June, 2015 in connection with continued Service Excellence. Arnold daily goes above and beyond in customer service. Not only does he keep a fresh stock of flower’s and gifts; but also takes the time to get to know each customer and their needs.

From our experience, he took the time to answer all of our questions, took the time to evaluate what we were looking for and not only prepared a delicate floral arraignment in a specialty vase, but after the purchase was completed, brought the container with the flowers to the vehicle. He also took the time to explain the proper care needed to preserve the flowers as long as possible.
